Transportation

MARTA

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is Atlanta’s state-of-the-art public transportation system. MARTA is made up of a bus and rail system that connects all parts of Atlanta. If you are coming from the airport, MARTA has a rail station located at the north end of the airport, near the baggage claim. There is also a MARTA entrance located at the west entrance of the terminal entrance near the Ground Transportation Center. This service offers the quickest and least expensive way to get to and from Buckhead. A single fare of $2.25 covers one-way bus or train trips, including transfers. Taxi Service

A set fee prevails between the airport and the Central Business District. A special per-person rate applies for two or more passengers.
