Corporate Exhibitor & Small Business/Non-profit Vendor Benefits:
Corporate Exhibitors will receive: One full conference registration; One 6ft skirted table and two chairs for $1500.
Small Business/Non-profit Vendors will receive: One 6ft skirted table and two chairs for $300.
Exhibit Hall Schedule:
AABHE seeks to provide a variety of vendor opportunities, corporate and as small business, for the conference attendee.
Exhibitors will set up on Thursday, March 31st from 7am – 11:30am and dismantle at 1:30pm on Saturday, April 2nd.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Thursday, March 31st from 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Friday, April 1st from 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday, April 2nd from 7:00am – 1:00pm
Fees for both categories are due no later than March 18, 2011. The vendor display area will be located in an area that will give the attendee access during the conference registration period; registration area, continental breakfasts, receptions, hospitality breaks, will occur inside the exhibit hall; and major sessions will occur near the vendor area.
