Technology Support Analyst

Clarion University invites applicants for the position of Technology Support
Analyst. This position will join the team in the Center for Computing
Services responsible for supporting a wide range of instructional technology
and technology support services. Duties include supporting learning
management systems and related tools, smart classrooms, and instructional
software, completing project initiatives for computer labs, laptop carts,
and similar systems, supporting related help services, and developing and
delivering associated training and documentation.

Qualifications: Candidate must have a baccalaureate degree in Computer
Science or related field. Six months experience in a Technical Support
position is preferred (internships acceptable). Preferred candidates will
have expertise with smart classroom technologies, the ability to support
learning management and instructional technology systems, and a thorough
knowledge of IT tools and practices utilized in support of a large networked
environment. Knowledge of MS-Office and the Windows and Mac desktop
operating systems is a plus. Candidates should also have strong team,
customer services, troubleshooting and project skills. Completion of a
successful interview is required. Full consideration will be given to

Villanova University

Assistant Director, Business Minors Programs

Villanova University School of Business is seeking an Assistant Director, Business Minors Programs to report to the Director of Professional Development and Business Institutes.  

In this role you will be responsible for managing VSB business minor programs including the Summer Business Institute (SBI) and the “traditional” business minor; ensuring the financial, admissions, and student satisfaction goals for SBI are achieved. You will ensure that the program is delivered successfully and coordinate all aspects of the traditional business minor including admission and advisement.  This person is instrumental in the development and implementation of additional program offerings.
 
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferably in an academic environment required; 2 years academic program management experience and/or 2 years marketing experience in an academic setting highly desirable. Must demonstrate strong marketing and customer service orientation as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various constituencies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to work independently and as a team member.
